Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a link to give.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in that respect begins only once we know of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of one, we remove the content promptly.
Liability for links
Our site links to third-party websites whose content is outside our control. We cannot accept responsibility for that content; the provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for it.
Monitoring linked pages on a permanent basis is not reasonable without specific evidence of an infringement. If we become aware of one, we remove the link promptly.
